Precision-Engineered Components for Jacopa

We are proud to supply essential components for water treatment plants.

Jacopa is a global brand in water treatment sector, famous for sector-leading brand names such as Copa, Jones + Attwood, Aquator, Tomkinson and MBR Technology. Like us, they are based in West Bromwich.

In 2024 Jacopa were looking to expand their supplier base, and as a reputable, local, and long established plastic fabrication company Wrights Plastics was appointed in June of that year. For about 12 months we have been manufacturing a range of components used as part of the filtration flow mechanism in their water treatment equipment.

The polyethylene plastic parts are vacuum formed and then precision hand trimmed inhouse. Each production run sees us manufacture 1000s of components for the client, and in less than a year we have supplied over 6000 parts. These are fitted in treatment plant that will be found in treatment centres across the UK, operated by utility companies, water treatment companies, manufacturers and many others.
