Bespoke Goes Global
Bespoke Goes Global
Following our recent update on our retail display partnership with JD Sports, many of the bespoke display elements originally developed for the Trafford Centre store have now been deployed internationally.
The same components can now be seen across stores in Great Britain, mainland Europe and North America, supporting a consistent retail environment across multiple territories.
Designed for consistency across locations
We design, develop and manufacture a range of display solutions used to support visual merchandising, store rollouts and brand presentation across JD Sports locations. For an international retailer operating frequent product launches, installations require repeatability, durability and predictable lead times.
All items were produced at our West Bromwich facility, combining acrylic fabrication, CNC machining, LED integration and wide-format graphics production. Manufacturing in one location allows specification control and consistency between stores, regardless of destination market.
Scope of supply
The project included:
- Glow boxes and illuminated halo displays
- Vinyl graphic packs
- Mirrored headers
- Acrylic shelving in multiple lengths
- Brand blocks
- Display torsos
- Quad units
In total, more than 1,500 individual components were manufactured to meet store requirements.
Delivery and rollout
Our logistics team coordinated international dispatch, including documentation, customs processes and compliance with local requirements.
Developed in collaboration with JD Sports visual merchandising teams, these bespoke displays are now installed in stores including:
- Oxford Street, London
- Lakeside, Essex
- Fairview Mall, Toronto
- Rue Sainte-Catherine, Montreal
- Schildergasse, Cologne
- Barna Centre, Barcelona
At a time when international supply chains remain under pressure, the project demonstrates the continued role of UK-based manufacturing supporting retail environments worldwide.
