We are manufacturing a range of precision plastic parts for a leading manufacturer of construction equipment.

We were approached by the company in the middle of 2022 who thought our ethos, range of services and work for similarly quality-driven organisations was potentially a good fit for them.

Earning Accredited Supplier Status

After initial discussions, the process to becoming an accredited supplier began. In addition to our IS0 9001 certification we were able to demonstrate our compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and sustainability.

From Project #1 to Ongoing Supply

Upon accreditation we were able to start on project #1

To date we have been asked to manufacture fifteen different parts. These include panels, covers, and mouldings manufactured in a range of plastics and nylons for a variety of construction, agriculture, waste handling, and demolition equipment and vehicles.

High-Performance Parts for Tough Environments

Projects have involved product development, toolmaking and fabrication, and have utilised many of our core inhouse processes such as vacuum forming, 5 axis CNC routing and plastic laser cutting. To date we have produced several hundred parts, with ongoing orders in the pipeline.
